Cancellation / Late / No Show Policy / Pre-payment / Unpaid Fees

Cancellation Policy

Students who can not attend a previously-scheduled class should cancel no later than 3 hours ahead of time. Students who do not will be considered a no-show and will lose the class from a class package. Members will be charged the drop-in rate for the class. You may cancel either by texting 540-319-0056 or emailing schannon@gmail.com.

Late Policy

Students should arrive on time and ready for the warm-up as warm-ups are a critical part of the class. 

Students who know they are going to be late should text/message the instructor. If permission is granted, the student will be responsible for his/her own warm-up.

Students who are late are not automatically guaranteed a spot in the class and attendance may be declined at the discretion of the instructor.

No Show Policy

A student who does not show up for a previously-scheduled class or does not cancel at least 3 hours before the class will be considered a no-show.

After three no-shows, the student will need instructor permission to register for future classes.

Pre-payment

All classes, including privates, and services must be paid for ahead of the scheduled class/service.

Private lessons must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance.

Unpaid Fees

Any unpaid no-show or other fees must be paid before future classes can be scheduled.
